  3 scheme types:
   + radical (compact startpanel, designed for bottom taskbar)
   + thin (thin taskbar with wider startpanel)
   + thin / compact (thin taskbar with compact startpanel)
  6 color variations:
   + blue: light silver / blue / black
   + blue 2: blue / light silver
   + black: light silver / grey / black
   + teal green: light silver / teal green / black
   + orange: light silver / orange / black
   + tan: light silver / brown / black

3 font modes:--
Can be changed via font size setting

Jun 1st, 2003: added two more schemes and made small fixes
May 30th, 2003: added two "thin / compact" schemes
May 29th, 2003: added thin scheme (replaces "basic") and added more colors
May 27th, 2003: initial version released
